Terms of Service

1. The service
Prospect Radar is an online tool to search for Indian businesses, enrich business profiles and reveal business contact details that were published publicly. We do our best to keep data accurate, but we don't promise that any record is complete, current or correct.
Data may be unreliable. Company records, products, people, roles, social profiles and contact details come from public sources (government registers, websites, search results, Wikidata) and automated matching. They may be out of date, incomplete, wrongly matched to a company or person, or simply wrong. Email addresses and phone numbers are not verified: they may not reach the person shown, and a number may be on the Do Not Disturb register. A social profile found by search may belong to someone else with the same name. Check anything important before you rely on it. You use the data at your own risk, and subscription fees are not refunded because a record turned out to be inaccurate.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and use Prospect Radar for your business or profession. Keep your password private. Each seat is for one named person and one session at a time. You're responsible for what happens under your organization's accounts.
An organization has admins and members. Admins invite people, choose their role, turn access off, pay for the subscription, change settings and see the organization's usage, including who searched, enriched and revealed what. Members use the search, enrichment, reveals and wild search only. By joining an organization you agree that its admins see your usage. Each person can belong to one organization.
3. Free trial
A new organization gets a free trial when onboarding is done: 48 hours, with 200 company enrichments and 200 contact reveals. The trial ends after 48 hours, or earlier when both allowances are used. One trial per organization, business and person. We may end a trial that's being misused.
4. Subscription and payments
- After the trial, Prospect Radar is used through a subscription of ₹25,000 a month for the whole organization (or the price agreed with us in writing).
- Each payment covers 30 days from the day it is paid or, for a UPI payment, from the day we confirm it. Paying before a subscription ends adds the 30 days after its current end date.
- Paying by UPI: you pay ₹25,000 to the UPI ID shown in Billing (the payee is the operator, an individual) and enter the UPI reference number (UTR) of that payment. We check each payment by hand against our bank account, usually within a few hours on working days, and the subscription starts when it is confirmed. A reference that doesn't match a payment received, or one already used, is rejected. Pay only the exact amount, only to the UPI ID shown in Billing, and keep the payment details from your UPI app; we're not responsible for money sent to any other UPI ID or account. A payment we can't match to your organization is refunded to the account it came from once you show us it's yours.
- Auto-pay (optional): you can authorise a recurring mandate through Cashfree Payments (UPI Autopay or card). The first ₹25,000 is charged when you approve it and then ₹25,000 every 30 days, until you cancel. You can cancel auto-pay at any time from Billing (or in your UPI app or with your bank); no further charges are made after cancellation, and the days already paid for remain usable. If a charge fails, we and Cashfree may retry it, and we email the billing contact.
- One month at a time: instead of auto-pay you can pay for 30 days at a time (by UPI, or through Cashfree when offered); nothing is charged without your action. We email your admins 5 days and 1 day before the subscription ends so you can renew in time. A missed reminder email doesn't extend the subscription.
- Pause: whenever your organization has no running trial or subscription (after the trial; after a subscription ends because it wasn't renewed, auto-pay was cancelled, or a charge failed), Prospect Radar is paused for all its users (admins and members) until an admin pays; billing, team and settings stay open to admins. Your data and the records you enriched and revealed are kept.
- While it runs, search, enrichment, contact reveals and wild search are unlimited for your organization, within the fair-use limit on the Pricing page that protects the service from automated or abusive use.
- When a subscription ends without renewal, the organization is paused as described above. We keep its data for 90 days before deleting it, unless you renew.
- We'll give 30 days' notice of a price change; it applies from your next payment.
- Payments are received by the operator personally, by UPI or through Cashfree Payments. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. The operator is an individual, not registered for GST (turnover below the legal threshold), so no GST is charged and you get a payment receipt, not a tax invoice. Input tax credit can't be claimed on it.
5. What you may and may not do with the data
You may use the data for your own business development, following the Acceptable Use Policy and Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and TRAI's rules on commercial communication. You may not copy, export, photograph, record, scrape, resell, publish or share the data with anyone outside your organization, or use it to build a competing database.
6. Protection of the data
Prospect Radar has no export, blocks copying, hides content when the page isn't in front, and marks every screen with the viewer's identity. No website can technically stop a phone camera or every screenshot tool. Taking copies by those means breaks these Terms, and the marking lets us trace it. We may suspend accounts and claim damages for misuse.
7. Fair use and limits
We set limits on searches and reveals per minute and per day to protect the service, including the subscription's daily fair-use limit. Automated access (bots, scripts, scrapers) isn't allowed.
8. Suspension and closing
You can close your organization at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, with notice where possible. If we close an account without cause, we refund the unused part of the current subscription month.
9. Intellectual property
The software, design and database are ours or our licensors'. Company master data comes from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs via data.gov.in under the Government Open Data Licence – India (see Data Sources).
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or decisions you make using the data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Indemnity
You'll compensate us for claims that arise from your use of the data in breach of these Terms or the law (for example, unsolicited messages to people on the Do Not Disturb register).
12. Changes
We may change these Terms. We'll email organization admins 14 days before a material change takes effect.
13. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go first to the operator at support@techneest.in. If not resolved in 30 days, the courts at the operator's place of residence in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Contact and grievances
Grievance officer: the operator of Prospect Radar, support@techneest.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
No warranty of accuracy: Prospect Radar shows data as found in public sources, without checking it. Nothing in it is advice, a credit report or a statement of a company's or person's standing. Unverified contact details must not be treated as consent to be contacted.
