Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Prospect Radar lawful and useful, you agree not to:

• send bulk or unsolicited messages, or call or message numbers on the National Do Not Call register, contrary to TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations;
• process personal data in breach of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, or ignore a person's request to stop;
• copy, export, photograph, screen-record, scrape or automate access to the data, or share logins;
• resell, publish or give the data to anyone outside your organization, or use it to build another database;
• use the data for harassment, fraud, discrimination, debt collection from individuals or any unlawful purpose;
• probe, overload or try to get around the service's security or limits.

We may suspend accounts that break this policy and report illegal use to the authorities.
